July 2026 Litigation Update

United States Federal Court · Middle District of Florida

Dear NASKA friends and families—

We write with an update on the NASKA, Inc. litigation. Discovery is well underway, with several key depositions already completed and more scheduled soon, including the upcoming deposition of Larry Carnahan.

Regrettably, we must also report that on July 19, several of our social media accounts were reported to Meta and taken offline. We believe these reports were false, were made by the opposing side in this litigation, and represent yet another attempt to create confusion in our community and interfere with our business — conduct we believe is inconsistent with the Court’s existing order in this matter.

Throughout this case, we have consistently sought a good-faith resolution that would allow the sport to move forward. Unfortunately, those efforts have not been reciprocated. One side remains committed to a collaborative, democratic future for the sport, where decisions are made by a board vote as they have been for 40 years; the other appears focused on consolidating control in a single person. We will let the facts — and ultimately a jury — speak to that.

World Tour Promoters, LLC remains confident in its position and looks forward to the September 21, 2026 trial date, where these claims will finally be evaluated on the merits.
